I saw Jamie whisken (Poole Town captain) dominate Reece Connolly (Whitehawk) in a 3-1 Conf South game today.

Shame the way Reece's career has gone... a lot of promise down the pan.

None of the usual PRE boys/girls

Jack Battie. Why isn't this talented player at least on the bench? Great that Academy players get their chance, but we need players like him available for when we need some inspiration.
Probably Spencer has fallen out with him as well.

Royston drew today in the cup, if they win the replay it will likely mean the Royston away fixture will be moved to an alternate date.

Kempston Rovers - Sat   Message 40414Tue, 18 October 2016 10:29

I know there has been a lot of heated responses to our recent performances and results lately but this Saturdays game is a huge match for us - reality is, we win it then we're right back in the mix.

Would be great if we could get a half decent crowd and generate some vocal support for the lads. the players have previously said they feed off our support, even a bit of clapping etc. lets make some positive noise and get the feel good factor back in the team!

That's it - see you all Saturday :)

Couple of games in our league last night:

Aylesbury 1 - 4 Barton Rovers

Royston Town 4 - 1 Beaconsfield SYCOB

Royston Town go top and Barton Rovers go level with us on points but Boro have two games in hand over the new league leaders and play Aylesbury next who are 16th in the table.

All,
Have two tickets for sale to this weekends NFL fixture (Colts vs. Jags). Seats are in the first row of Club Wembley - so uninterrupted view - located between the end zone and 10yard line.

Face value is £120 each, will take lower if interested... Can bring tickets to tonight's game.

MATCH PHOTOS: Farnborough vs Longlevens   Message 39326Sun, 21 August 2016 14:03

The happy days continue at Cherrywood :-) and there are a whole load of pics from the FA Cup Preliminary round match versus Longlevens AFC here.
I used a new camera for the first time this weekend and a new lens too - so the jury is out on the quality...but hopefully I captured the action. I do think I need a bit more practice with the new snapper. Mrs Snapperchap is fed up with me being so self-critical but she has low standards - I mean, after all she chose me ;-)

Anyway....enjoy!

Good luck Farnborough on a great 14 hours of sport   Message 39143Sat, 13 August 2016 11:19

Fourteen great hours of sport have just started. Hampshire and England are both in action in cricket. Great Britain & Northern Ireland resume this afternoon our time in the olympics and Farnborough, Spurs and Posh are in action at 3pm.

I have five different cups competing for use today!

Good luck to Boro at Kidlington this afternoon. I will be there to egg 'em on Tuesday evening.
