Today's away game at Salisbury has been Postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium.

That's a shame, two weeks without a game now, which slows down our good roll, and the boys will be getting stir crazy.

Still it will help the walking wounded to repair, but it means an awkward midweek trip later on!

Oh well, another Saturday watching the oval ball!

I travelled to Salibury by train before the announcement. 10C and a breeze locally this morning. A pleasant winter's day.

There was plenty of rain on Friday morning in Salisbury, but little since then. The ground is not exactly low-lying.

Do they have injury problems and have access to a sympathtic local official? I would be astonished if the pitch was waterlogged at the scheduled kick-off time.
