Revamped team played some good passing football.Played out from defence positively lots of times. Considering that many had not played together before it was a good team effort. The dust up at the end could have been avoided if the ref had taken action over a previous foul. A promising start to the second half of the season.

Yes, thought they played pretty well considering many hadn't even trained together, let alone played together. Draw probably about right.

Rob Bartley was my MoM by a country mile. How refreshing to see a defender at Boro' do his job effectively and without fuss. Those around him (we still shipped two daft goals) would do well to learn from his positioning and timing.

Despite his sending off (I missed the incident) Connor Calcutt was exactly the player I expected him to be when we signed him. Injuries have got in his way so I'm hugely pleased by the craft and spirit he showed today.

The result was fair, both teams had very good points and others that are very much a work in progress.

Those fearing that the club is trying to take £12 admission to watch the academy lads get hammered can breathe out now.

I thought Oseni is just what we need in central midfield, cool, calm and great vision to bring other players in to the game, plus a bit of strength when needed.

A welcome change, which gives Jack Barton a bit of freedom, rather than have him charging around all over the place, and I would have jack in my midfield every time! 100% effort!

Job to decide on MOM yesterday though between Oseni, Bartley (who was superb) Gnahore or Campbell.

Four very welcome additions in my view, after the recent carnage, and well done to those that made it possible!

Lets hope we can build on it.
